Therefore, words like &quot;oxymoron&quot; may have to be swept by you under the carpet for a while. The guy/ girl interviewing you would not like to feel a little &quot;challenged&quot;. Your intial rounds are with people contracted to get the screening job done.&lt;/p&gt;
